James Chicago / New York
The James Chicago and the James New York are part of the Affinia Collection of boutique hotels. Described as 'luxury liberated,' the James is a brand of ideally situated, warmly modern, residentially styled luxury hotels.
The James Chicago is located in the heart of downtown Chicago, just steps from Michigan Avenue. With 297 guestrooms and a flexible 7000 square feet of conference space, the hotel caters to both the business and leisure travelers. Expected to open this summer, the James New York hotel rises 20 stories at the corner at Grand and Thompson Streets in SoHo. The 114 rooms and suites will feature built-in bars made of reclaimed wood and unobstructed views of Manhattan from every room. A chef-driven restaurant is also planned, and introductory room rates will start at $299.
Eureka Casino Resort
The Eureka Casino Resort is located in the quaint town of Mesquite, NV balancing the excitement of Las Vegas with the values of a small resort destination. With 214 deluxe guestrooms, a 30,000 square foot casino (including 1,100 slots, 20 tables, Poker Room, Bingo Room and Sportsbook), three restaurants and 4,400 square feet of meeting space, the resort has close proximity the Grand Canyon and some of the top championship golf courses in the U.S. (The hotel's Gregory's Restaurant is also a member of Flip.to's beta program).
